The St. Anthony Park Branch Library Association (SAPBLA) is a voluntary organization composed of community members. Our mission is to support programs and improvement projects at the St. Anthony Park Branch Library. One of three Andrew Carnegie libraries to open in St. Paul in 1917, the building is not only an architectural gem, it's a lively and beloved neighborhood institution. Generations of children have enjoyed story times, families and students have connected with one another through library programs, and countless patrons have benefitted from the books, services, and essential, enriching resources available.
